Photo & Media Release

By registering for and participating in the Race Ready Clinic, you grant permission to Race Ready Clinic, its staff, and representatives to photograph and record video of participants during the event.

You understand and agree that these images and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements, and future event materials.

Participants and/or their legal guardians waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or recordings and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media.

If you do not wish to have your image used, you must notify Race Ready Clinic in writing prior to the event.
